How to kill a witch

A witch is not easy to get rid of.
They cling to life with the persistence of all the joy their demonic lover ever offered them.
There are gruesome tales about people only hanging their witches, and burrying them outside their city walls, only to find them roaming the forest at night. A poor soul had to be send to dig them up once more and cut off their legs, and if even that did not help, the grave had to be opened up even once more to remove the head and pray that she may not ever be seen in the shadows again.
The only way to ever kill a witch is to not spare their body any pain at all and let it vanish in the flames, for it has felt things not meant to be in this world and was made of poisened flesh.

My witch giggled and I had to repeat her voice in my head. „What do you mean, they were roaming the forest at night …?“
And Layla shrugged amused. „Just things terrified people see at night that cause them doing desperate shit the next day.“

Without those, history would be boring, right?

Tale about the softest secret

This tale is about a girl I once knew. This girl could not go anywhere without her lovely white shoes. Made of cotton, their rim did not reach her ankles, giving away how thin they were. Their soles were so slim, she felt the earth with every step. Those shoes she needed so dearly were…
