Wherever magic hides!

If you were to find a door like this in the forest, where would it lead you?
Where would you want it to lead you?
I‘m thinking that this may be one of the oldest dreams our funny brains ever left us with. Even when I look at cave paintings our ancestors left behind, I wonder if some of them were about escape. About entering a magical world. And my thoughts fly off to the train to Hogwarts I so desperately wanted to take when I was a child, or to the yearning look I cast onto my cupboard after reading Narnia – and I realize that the world we seek escape in is not necessarily peaceful, or quiet, but offers us something we are looking for.
So, where would this door in the forest lead you to?
Would you defeat monsters or learn how to fly? Would you leave for another star, or even lose your human shape when crossing the doorstep?

„I would find my wizard“, my witch with her oh! – so beating witching heart giggles into my ears, and I blush.

This door reminded me to look for wherever magic could hide.
I found it close to the castle of Benrath in Düsseldorf, Germany. It is just a wall with a door, reminding of the medieval castle that once stood here but was lost in history.
